1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slotary ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to participate in real-money gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Online gambling is legal where you reside.
• You are not located in a restricted jurisdiction (full list available in Section 8).
• You are not a politically exposed person under sanctions screening.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may only hold one account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited after the required network confirmations. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse deposits that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may require KYC documentation. Processing times depend on the operator's payment provider and any compliance review. Network fees apply and are deducted from withdrawal amounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, low-risk betting patterns, and irregular play, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

6. Game Fairness

Slotary Originals use a provably fair SHA-256 commit-reveal random number generator that players can verify independently. Third-party games use their respective provider's random number generator. Game results are final once the round completes. In the event of a technical malfunction, all bets and wins associated with the affected round are void.

7. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Players can set deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, and self-exclude through their account settings. We provide links to gambling support organizations in our Responsible Gambling policy.

8. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Service is not available to residents of certain jurisdictions due to local law. The current list of restricted jurisdictions is published in our Help Center and is updated as laws change. It is your responsibility to ensure that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slotary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or in-product notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE DETERMINED]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Underage Gambling
